Return Policy – RSB Overseas

At RSB Overseas, we are committed to ensuring the quality and satisfaction of our customers. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return policy below:

✅ Returns Accepted for Defective Products Only

We accept returns only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photographs or video proof of the defect.

🔁 Return Conditions

• Returns are applicable only for defective items.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided to initiate a return.
• The return request must be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is accepted, we will provide the necessary instructions for returning the product.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be issued, as per mutual agreement.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or not following usage guidelines are not eligible for return.
• Returns are not accepted for non-defective products or items ordered incorrectly.
